Yes sir indeed....there are LOTS of examples of insuficient ground circuits causing problems of all different types.
When faced with electrical problems that act strange (outside normal explanation) a test of the grounds circuits are definatly a good place to start looking around. As the cars age the ground circuits become even more of an issue. One typical example of a poor ground circuit is slow 308 windows. While upgrading & modifying the GC doesn't make the windows rocket, it does omprove speed & reduce heat in the switches & motors.
