I just noticed that a black (ground) wire is disconnected in the A/C compressor area (I should have taken a photo). My A/C worked just fine up until I took the car in for service. I was not sure if this was always disconnected - if it is a ground for noise supression the A/C should still work - unless it is a power ground. It is supposed to mount to a screw based on the type of eye-connector on the end. Where does this connect to - the compressor housing?
