I have the error code's 1149 and 1189 . The engine runs but gives hardly any power.

My guess would be that you have a vacuum leak causing a lean burning condition. I use to have the code list but it got lost in my laptop that broke. If I had the exact definition of the code I could try and help you more otherwise I would be giving you advise completely off memory.
