Great minds must think alike! I am in the process of doing just that, including a very free flowing exhaust and some other things. I’ll post more when I’m finished. Also if anyone is interested, when I had my cams made by Tighe Cams, here in Australia, they made a second set with the same specifications that are available for sale, if any one is interested they can contact Tighe Cams at http://tighecams.com.au/contact.htm (I have no affiliation with them at all), but they have a great reputation here in Australia. I chose a profile that should easily push power over the 500hp mark along with the other mods, Exhaust etc. without altering the valves or pistons (although I am now replacing my intake valves, due to minute stem ware on 4 valves).
I am currently waiting on the new intake valves from Manley, through Flatlander Racing in NH in the US, when I have completed everything I post a follow up.
In a few months, when I have all the bits and pieces together, I will add individual throttle bodies and a haltech engine management system, with individual injection.
