Hi Henryk
As JRV mentioned in an earlier post, I also to do not want to hijack this thread, but in answer to some of your questions, I have sourced high quality throttle bodies from a company called Tweakit, a performance specialist here in Sydney, Australia, contact Jeremy Levartovsky, his e-mail address is
jeremy@tweakit.net he is also a Haltech,
http://www.haltech.com , dealer & specialist, as he worked at Haltech in the area of R&D for many years.
As far as the cams are concerned I chose a cam profile, with advice from some colleagues who have many years performance and racing experience, which did not greatly increase the lift at TDC but greatly increased the duration which meant valve / pistons contact is not an issue. The lift on the exhaust has more of an increase and I will more then likely have to emit the valve stem oil seals on the exhaust side, which will be of benefit to valve guide life, this is not a problem and many manufactures do this from factory, including Ferrari on earlier pre cat cars (in Europe anyway, not sure about the US).
I will start a new thread with more info and some photos, when my car is finished in a few weeks.
Steve
PS Sorry for all the name dropping above, but as I mentioned in an earlier post on this thread I don’t have any affiliation with any of these companies, this is just for your information. Please advise if this is inappropriate.
