After living here in Upstate N
After living here in Upstate NY for 20+ years now, the time has come to move. This is a decision I've been hard pressed to make, as the quality of life here is very good. However, the State continues to show total financial irresponsibility...and the tax situation frankly has just gotten out of hand. I guess seeing my property tax bill jump 30% just pushed me over the edge.
My plan is to move to NH...somewhere near Manchester. I've been looking on-line at land near New Boston, NH...about 20 miles due West of Manchester. A long time dream has been to build a custom home... My roots are in New England...and my folks live in Boston, so this seems like the right move at the right time. If any of you kind folks have worked with a Realtor in the area, please forward any info on. Regards, David |
