Drove one today, impressive. So smooth you have to look at the tach to know it's running. The doos open a little wierd but what a car, Twin Turbo 12's from MB may be the wave of the future.

You want to be very careful with the CL series. I have an 03 CL500, and I just recently passed 10,000 miles.

There has been over $6K of M-B warranty work done on the car within the past 9 months, and it went back in today for more!

They are fabulous cars, but they are not w/o their problems. I have friends experiencing the same.

The car will be sold before the warranty expires in December, and it will be replaced with a Quattroporte.

I love the car, and it's a joy to drive, but I just cannot any longer tolerate the warranty problems.

I cannot understand how M-B can afford this.

Sounds like the car is an "exotic" wannabe

What's worse is that it's a $95K purchase worth $45K 3 years later and with no mileage to speak of!
