Where do you get a Koenigsegg fixed in the USA

I'm curious what REALLY exotic car owners do with these monsters (like a Koenigsegg) to maintain them in the USA. Are there dealers of other cars (like Ferrari) with qualified Koenigsegg technicians or do you just have to know the local Mr.Godwrench?

You would probably just need a Good Mechanic and some parts supply.
