My euro 308QV has a factory installed heat shield between the exhaust system and the trunk compartment. I only know this because I removed it this weekend while doing some cat work. I just wanted to clean it.

Ferrari improved things by then with your factory heat shield. The early examples paved the way.

You should see my headlight assemblies. About 2 hour to change the headlights! The modified the design later in 1976.
