Default I think I'm finally going

I think I'm finally going to make it to the U.S. Formula 1 race this year. My budget doesn't allow for too many extras, but I would like to see the pit lane/paddock areas if possible. And I would also like to sit with the Ferrari crowd. Can you F-1 experienced guys offer me some advice on what to look out for...ie: decent seats, traffic avoidance, etc. I'm sorry for sounding like such a dumb-a$#, but at least I am smart enough to ask those in the know. Thank You in advance for any suggestions. Sincerely; Jeff.

A friend who has been to the US-GP at Indy a couple of times advices that one sit near turn 1. He says that the view of the first infield sector is good from that area as well as the front straight.

The only F1 races I have seen were in Montreal, Canada. Ear plugs could serve you well if you don't like LOUD high revving engines. Pics would be great, PM me if you think we should add a F1 section, strictly to talk about F1. I am a fan as well.
