Reason for Williams and Toyota disqualification

Anyone know what was out of spec with the break cooling ducts on the Williams and Toyota cars in the Canadian GP?

I read yesterday it had something to with placement, distance from the wheel, or rotor.

SPEED article says "too far away from the wheels."
