Is there a market for storage in Nor Calif?

I've noticed some auto storage facilities in Florida and a few other places that offer auto storage in a country club atmosphere. They charge $200 to $500 per month, offer cleaning, some offer bays to perform work in, washing facilites, libraries and office type settings and of course security. Some also offer pick up and drop off.

Here in Northern California (SF Bay Area) there seems like there would be a market for this. Does anybody have experience with these operations?
