If you have done any mail order business with Rob and he hasn't contacted you, call him. It's a matter of personal security.

"Personal security" based on the mail order side of things (i.e. identity theft), or like a safety related issue (i.e. parts recall)?

The mail order side of things, but I wouldn't worry about identity theft. A matter of proprietary information. It is important to his customers but it is not appropriate for me to say in this venue.

Rob's handling of the situation is commendable and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

Shoot him an Email if you are concerned.
