Buy A House, Get A Free Ferrari

Would a free Ferrari entice you to buy a house? A British businessman is betting that his 1998 Ferrari will be a big incentive for those looking at buying his four-bedroom townhouse in Durham. The Ferrari is a red 1998 355 F1 with 14,500 miles. The house is not listed with a real estate agent and is for sale by owner for £367,000. His website has pictures of both the car and the house.
