Dream car Garage

I'm very happy because I got my 355 back afer some time spent in repairs and upgrades.
Yoday I went to see one of my friends here in San Antonio, who shares our passion for Ferraris.
He allowed me to take pictures of his garage, and here they are. (I have to convince him to start posting in FT).

The question is: how can you afford a Ferrari garage (champagne taste on a beer budget)and make it look nice?
