Ferrari is introducing a brand new opportunity for clients to learn more about Ferrari and its philosophy towards building high-performance sports cars – the Ferrari Academy. Ing. Amedeo Visconti, Director of the Vehicle Experimentation division, who will lead the working group explains the aim of this new initiative: “The Ferrari Academy will allow clients to talk directly to some of our leading engineers and, thanks to theoretical and practical tutorials, discover how a legend is born.
“The appointment is at the factory from the 31st of May to the 1st of June, when our engineers will lead you through the aerodynamic development of our cars, the engine design and, in particular, our approach to driveability. There will also be a session at the Fiorano track to see how a car is set up for testing suspension geometry and the electronic differential set-up.”
The two days spent in Maranello will also include visits to areas usually out of bounds, such as the new Product Development centre and the Engine Test Bench area.
