Hi Gang,

And I use the term gang in the most pleasant sense.

Ferrari-Talk has reached a Milestone and Debunked an Urban Legend all in one stroke.

We recently surpassed 200+ registered members and in the process of building membership have totally destroyed the Urban Legend espoused on so many sites that large gatherings on the internet have to be frought with fighting and arguing.

I am incredibly proud of each and every member here for maintianing our positive and pleasant atmosphere!!!!

Although we have several moderators there has been a wonderful lack of need to remind anyone to be helpful and cordial to others.

I think we can all be very proud to be members of a large group that constantly pulls for one another.

It truly makes me feel grateful to be surrounded by so many great people.

Thank You One and All!!

Regards, JRV

JRV,
This is something to be proud of, and is definitely a result of the amount of time you spend providing accurate technical advice. The attitudes I see on this site are those of guys who are primarily interested in the exchange of technical information, and not just chatting. The amount of truly helpful information found here is really amazing, and again much of it results from your dedication.

Default I second Bill's comments.

I second Bill's comments. Great cars (308gt4's included) and great people have made this board not only a wealth of information, but truely a nice place to visit and share knowledge, thoughts, and ideas about our passion. What diferentiates this site from others is RESPECT. We all have it for each other. All of us are pulling in the same direction.

Wish to echo Bill, Jeremy amd Bob. The folks on this board do spend a lot of time helping and sharing. And as we make such a big point in the USAF, that all comes from the guy at the top setting the example.
Congrats, thanks and great job.

Just chiming in to agree with all here. All very good points and observations.

I'd like to add, that even as someone who is a non owner and not technically inclined I have found this site to be of tremendous help in feeding my hobby. I also find it to be a great source for realistic and honest reading in all aspects of Ferrari ownership.

Thank you all!

Cheers

There’s not a lot I can add that Bill, Jeremy, Bob and every one else haven’t already said, except CONGRATULATIONS on such a great site! I am only a relatively new member of this site, but I am a member on quite a few other Ferrari and other auto forum sites, some for quite some time and there are really only two that I can say are very enjoyable to visit, because of the well manured and courteous members, this site and Bill’s FCA site. There are other sites with many more members, but the amount of rubbish that you have to sift through and the aggressive rude behaviour of some of the members makes this and the FCA site such a pleasant change.

LOL....

Ahhhhhh...that's the beauty of moderating a board, the entire community doesn't have to be subjected to the junk.

coulda been one of those bitter "ricers" that didn't like the BBQ at the TROB's...
