How many boxers are left

Any ideas of how many of the 2300 odd boxers (365BB, 512BB and 512BBi) are left? And how many are still in North America?

I would have thought with the low numbers, these cars would have started moving up in price.

Michael Sheehan's www.ferraris-online.com has an article about "Which Boxer for Me" where he speculates there are probably about 300 left in the US of the 500 or so that came over to begin with. They were all grey market cars so there was never an US version and the factory has no count of them.
