Karting video

Jeremy, Which system are you using? Any comments about it?

I purchased the setup from extremehelmetcams.com. They are a Dallas/Fort Worth group if I remember correctly. I have the 480 line resolution camera, but they now have a 580 line unit. It is a great setup and is worth every penny as a training tool. I am very happy with it so far.

WOW! That's awesome! How fast do you get going at TWS in those karts? I think I would feel safer enclosed in a car/cockpit. Looks like you are running clockwise (opposite of most events I've seen run there).

Hi Paul,

According to my MyChron computer I am pulling 110MPH in the draft down the front straight. We ran our first race of the season at TWS and we went the traditional CCW. For the second event they chose to run CW to give it more excitement. They Succeeded!! The S's are much harder to negotiate coming off the straight.

There is talk of a holiday kart race there between Christmas and New Years.
