Spideror modena

hey i think that is spelled right, but anyway i have two questions. the spider and the modena are two different cars/engines or specs (but still the 360) right? what is the differentce between the two? i haven't found any differences other than it looked to me that the side air intake looked a little bigger on the modena but it could have very well been just the camera shot.

The Modena is the Coupe' (Hard Top)
The Spider is the convertable (Drop Top).

The engine/drivetrain/suspension/brakes are identical
Either can be had in Manual or F1 transmissions
