To Kevin,
The 512BBi in the picture is unfortunately not mine. According to Sony Furuya who is a manager of the garage, it seems that that is "WORK"(made in Japan). 18 inch, 2 pieces, 5 holes and the center part has been removed and put other part on it. WORK http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/ |

There is a proverb in Japan that it is better to make it before thinking this and that. However, in my engine's cosmetic restoration case, I faced the situation many time that it is better to think before starting to work.. I am glad if it is useful.
I have needed to think before starting to work since AC clutch is unresolution type. I mask the part which should not be weared before I start to blast. After blasted ![]() |

I devised to grind the sand casting parts of the engine depending on where it is located. I used acrylic board, top of screwdriver or pallet behind the sandpaper depending on the situation.
In case of flat surface, I bonded sandpaper around the thick glass and grinded the goods on it. ![]() |
