02 plate 360 alarm question

good morning my name is ken and i am new to the forum
i own a car audio and security business in colchester (Awesome Automotive)
its a bit cheeky i know for a first post but i have had a call from a customer with an alarm fault
the car has been stood idle for around 3 weeks and the battery went flat
he has replaced the battery but the alarm now no longer works
i just need to know the location and number of the fuse powering the alarm so i can check if it is that
i also need to know what exact brand of alarm as fitted as standard on this car
if anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated

One of the biggest problems with 360s, is that a dead battery must be charged "outside" of the car, then reinserted when fully charged. If not, damage could occur to the 360 control panel as well as other electrical devices.

I don't know if this has anything to do with the alarm fuse, alarm type, or not.

A good source for locating fuses is ricambi america dot com. You can see an explosive view of the vehicle in question, and zero in on the fuse area.
