1976 512BB Tool Kit Help

Could someone tell me if the original tool kit for this car is a tool roll or case? I see it mounts above right front wheel. Did this kit hold a lead hammer for knock-offs? Anyone know where I may find one? And finally if someone has a picture of this kit could you please e-mail one to me? Thanks to all of you who contribute to this site. Your knowledge is priceless.

You should have 2 kits, the Briefcase Tool Kit and the Hammer-Jack-Fan Belts Roll/Bag.
