Default I need some help, this 1999 F3

I need some help, this 1999 F355 F-1 has 11,000 miles on it and it has developed a down shift grind. From 3rd to 2nd gear only when it is cold. After 20-30 minutes of driving it goes away. anyone have this problem too or a fix for me?
