2002 360 spider no gears

hi there , i' can't get gears . with engine running if i select gear and let clutch out nothing happens . if i gently try to select gear wiyhout clutch the car tries to move . any ideas ?

I realize this is a late response, none the less...I assume this is a manual trans as opposed to F1? Either way it sounds like you have an issue with the clutch actuation, does the pedal feel abnormally soft or stiff? You either have a hydraulic issue or a mechanical issue with the clutch it's self.
