Default 308 Carburetor Balancing

Fellas, I just balanced my four 40 DCNFs today and the runs and accelerates noticably better. While all four Webers are technically "balanced," I have all 8 throats pulling 4 kg/hr (measured with a motometer) at idle (900 RPM +/- 50). I have not yet found a reference for what vacuum they should actually demonstrate. Does anyone know what they should all be pulling, when balanced? Best, -Joe
