308gt4 Clutch Problem

Hi I have a 79 308gt4 that recently is slipping when accelerating at low revs in 4th / 5th gear, which I presume is a worn clutch or I am getting some transmission oil into the clutch via a worn seal.

Does anyone have a document that shows the procedure for replacing a clutch on a 308 engine?, and a list of what I should replace anyway when I am in there?

oil is rare, improper clutch linkage & cable adjustment is common.
