328GTS poor idling

Hi, my 328 starts normally then it slows down to about 700rpm. Throttle response is poor but will pick up revs slowly and run normally at higher revs. It has a microplex ECU and I have done the testing and all within spec. The tdc sensor voltage is above the 0.2V minimum with a reading of 0.3V. There are no vacuum leaks. Any advice on changing the tdc sensor or should I look elsewhere?

Verify the three settings on the TPS sensor. And check
the O2 sensor also. (Remember the correct FV duty cycle
is 50% with engine hot and O2 sensor disconnected.)
