Default 348 blocked aircon drain

Help has anyone unblocked one of these ? The diagram in the workshop manual shows the tube coming out of the bottom of the main evaporator unit at the front just below the motorised flap.I have had the car on a ramp and can't see the bottom of the tube under the car. There is a rectangular hole in the floor plan in the correct location. Looking at the car and the manual It looks like the tube is above this but not accessable to unblock???
