348 Fluids Question

Ok, I bought a shop manual for my 348, but itis not here yet. Can some one tell me how much of each fluid I need, and if they have a brand/type preference for...

Oil
Antifreeze (what ratio do I mix?)

Oil is about 12 quarts

Right outta the manual:

Oil 11 liters
Gearbox 4 liters
Brake fluid 1.6 liters
Antifreeze 20 liters
