On any Ferrari door it's a good idea once a door panel is off to check ALL the nuts and bolts you can find for tightness,

After that, raise the window a little and start shaking it until you find what has come loose.

It is likely the window regulator has broken a tab or weld. Try fixing or securing it, because a new regulator is $$$. On the 355 they run over $1400.

Dave is right. There is also a screw that is on the inside of a rubber bushing that holds the window in place. If the rubber breaks the screw can't hold the window still. It has been a while, but I think there are 3 of these type screws. As Dave pointed out you will want to check to see if the welds on the guides are busted.

The easiest way to see the window regulator is to take off the side strakes. There are four allen bolts that hold it on. Remove those and then take the side off. That should give you enough room to see what is going on.
