Dave is right. There is also a screw that is on the inside of a rubber bushing that holds the window in place. If the rubber breaks the screw can't hold the window still. It has been a while, but I think there are 3 of these type screws. As Dave pointed out you will want to check to see if the welds on the guides are busted.
The easiest way to see the window regulator is to take off the side strakes. There are four allen bolts that hold it on. Remove those and then take the side off. That should give you enough room to see what is going on. |
