as the Germans (I apprenticed under early on) used to say: Oben, Einen, Ousen (sp?)!
Upper, Inner, Outer. But since the 355's only have 2 screws, it's inner, outer. This insures that all the old fluid is actually pushed out of the system and not just moved from one side of the calipers to the other.
Are you turning on the key and putting light pressure on the pedal to turn the ABS Pump on?
No to pump, I can't find a source for directions. A quick course would help. I'm using a light pressure bleeder, can I prop the pedal down to activate the pump?

yes the proper procedure requires Key On pos. II, then just enough pressure on the pedal to activate the ABS pump with a bleeder open. It will quickly pump fluid out the open bleeder so be alert.
One, preferably 2 or 3 rounds which equates to 2-3 qts of fluid and the brakes will be fully cleansed and renewed.
Thanks, I don't seem to be able to activate the ABS pump. All I get out of the bleeder screw is what I pump out by the pedal. Is there a way of knowing if the pump is working, does it make a noise? I have no trouble lights, so I expect the ABS is OK. FWIW, It's a 99.
Trouble is my hoist makes it almost impossible to get in the car, so I am pushing the brake pedal with a hood prop.

Do you know of any method to remotly activate the ABS pump, maybe a momentary contact jumper like you use to bump engines over with. That would be cool.
