355 Start Problem

I have a friend with a Black 97 F355 which will not start. It seems that the fuel pump is not getting power. The fuel pump is OK though. The car is turning over, just not starting. We thought that maybe it was the computer or alarm so we put his CPU and alarm in my 99 F355 and my car started.

We checked all of the fuses, etc... Just trying to solve this without him having to tow the car 250 miles to Ferrari of San Francisco.

Any thoughts on what to check next?
