Default 360 Rear Taillight dismantle/pull apart

Hi

My outer tail light had something stuck in the clear part of the lense. I have to somehow dismantle/remove the the red surround away from the inside body. Has anyone done this as mine seems to glued or something? I cannot seem to turn the red area away from the the other half. Is it glued together or is there some grub screw setup?

Regards

Bruce
