I see about a 3 lb split front to rear. go with that. Check the tire side wall for pressures. Drive it the way you like and see if you can tell the difference by trying different pressures. For any track use, a tire pyrometer will tell you what pressures the tire wants. Make small adjustments from that info to balance the car to your feel.
