Other then Ferrari are common parts such as all filters, brake pads available from another parts supplier?

I haven´t found much identical parts. All I found (used) are:
Air Filter from UFI (Universal Filter Italiano) - Part # 30 023 00 cost about 29 US$
Trunk Lift Support - Part#230104250905 from Lift Supports Systems - Hood - Window - Trunk - Hatch - Auto Parts By Lou n Carlabad CA, cost about 40US$
Brake pads FRONT: Ferrodo FDB 1037 as used for Mercedes Benz R129, Series 500SL
Brake pads REAR: JURID 571348J-AS (18.2mm) as used for Porsche 911
Starter Motor: BOSCH #0001110108
Magnet for Starter motor: BOSCH #2339303288
Lambda Sensor: BOSCH #0258003309

That´s all I found up to now (except simple parts as spark plugs, hoses, ....).
