Default My new Sanden rotary compresso

My new Sanden rotary compressor is causing my system voltage to drop to between 10-12 volts, down from 14v with it off. Any idea what may be causing this? It does blow cold, so I don't think I have any line blockage, causing it to over-work. My "G" light on the dash glows lightly under this condition. Also, with A/C on, when I tap brakes or use blinkers/wipers, the "G" light glows lightly. I believe this is all caused by the A/C drawing too much current...

Any ideas..?
