bb512i fuel pump fuse blowing

right hand side fuse blowing for fuel pump (between main fuse blocks behind dash panel), 2 earths upto lower fuse block and 1 live on left upper fuse block, no live has been in use on right side upper fuse block,

right side fuse blows on cranking and the block has been getting hot,

not had chance to investigate any further at this point so just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or has had this problem before themselves ?

Check fuse block for corrosion. jumper wire fuel pump to measure current draw if it still runs.
