Default The clutch in my 308QV engages

The clutch in my 308QV engages only at the last inch or so of travel. The clutch pedal and brake pedal are even with each other. In other words, the clutch pedal is not higher than the brake pedal which I believe indicates the need for a new clutch. Do I need a new clutch, or can the clutch pedal be adjusted so that it engages closer to the middle of travel?

Thanks.
Ken
