Default Enzo questions

This is my first Enzo. I wanted to know if anyone could let me know a possible reason the rear air spoiler will not retract at lower speeds? Is there a button to retract it like on many other cars. Thank you.

Your owner's manual will indicate if there's an over-ride. My parts diagram doesn't indicate anything. There's a good chance the actuator it's self has failed.
