Post Ferrari Mondial t 1993 Alternator or Battery?

My battery has been draining for the past month or so, by the week if I don't run the mondial. I have to jump start it. I've been taking it out since once a week and it seemed to have charged the battery much more. But when I ran the auto today, after stopping and turning off engine twice, the battery light icon on the dash came on and stayed on. Shortly after, the lights started to dim and the slowly buy surely the mondial turned off completely. I jumped started it 3 times and left it connected for 15 minutes the 3rd time. I ran it for a block and it turned off on me again. I had the tow truck come and take me home. But before that he ran a battery check an it powered an 8 on output.

My question is, is it a regulator, cable, battery or alternator problem? I'll appreciate any feedback. Thank you and God Bless.
