Default Help with key fob

Bought a 2006 F430 from St. Louis dealership. The car came with 2 keys. The second key would not unlock/lock the car so I bought new batteries, put them in, and went to try it out. The key still didn't work so I opened up the main key to see how the batteries were placed in it. Went back to the car and neither keys will unlock/lock the car. The keys will still start the car but now I cant unlock/lock the car with the button. So how do I program my keys back to my car!?!

Thanks
