Magneti Marelli 308 repair or replace

I have a Mondial '83 that is a Euro version converted to meet US specs. It has MED 801A ignition modules. One of them need repair or replacement. The timing goes out of wack intermitently. Have tracked it to the ignition module.

Any leads to buy a used module or someone to rebuild my unit.

A few folks around here have replaced the ignition modules with a MSD system.
do a search on this site to see what others have done.
