Default Marelli solution

Not to rain on the Marelli fans, but here is solution to fix the Marelli issues, as long as you don’t want or need OEM. Designed as a single distributor 4 cam version, 2 cam system is in development.

Accuracy + or - .5 degrees, (as accurate as a crank trigger system).
9 adjustable advance curves (can be done with the car running)
3 adjustable vacuum curves
Ignition box programmed to run the Ferrari 4 cyl tachometer.
Inexpensive tune up parts, magnetic trigger, no points / condenser to wear out.
Replaces the Digiplex box /s
20 degrees of initial timing adjustment
Integrated MAP sensor

OK looks cool. Is that a ford dizzy cap? Also what kind of price are you looking at for a 2 cam motor. Keep it up

Ford large cap was chosen because the terminals are further apart. This will help keep the spark separated for those who want to use a hot coil. 2 valve motor hasn’t been developed yet, but should happen soon after the 4 valve version is finished. Nothing firm on price, but with Distributor, adapters, Ignition box w/ Tac 4 cyl converter, Coil, Spark plug wires and wiring harness it’s probably in the $1500.00 range. The Idea is to have a bolt on kit, which could be installed with a few tools, minimal mechanical experience and in an afternoon. When finished, there will only be a few wiring connections to marry up to the cars harness.
