Please Help Novice With 1997-1999 355 Purchase

hi there and thanks for having me here.

im currently in the market for a 97-99 spyder.... ive seen them go as low as $65,000 and up to $100,000

some need a major service, while others need clutch work, brakes, etc etc.

could somebody please let me know what a ferrari dealership would charge for the following:

major 20k service
installing new clutch
installing new brakes
how much more is the F1 worth over the 6 speed manual?

what other things should i be looking for in this very sensitive car?
