Default R19 Conversion
I have a 1982 308gtsi, I need to convert my a/c from r19 to R138. What is involved in this process

Kits (east to obtain) with correct adapter fittings that screw onto your R19 fittings are used for this. correct way is to collect the R19 for disposal, install a new dryer tank, vacuum the system, refill with R138. If you have not worked on a/c before, be very careful when recharging. made sure your R138 gas can is connected to the LOW Pressure side of the system. You can do a Google search on recharging R19/138 systems. Mucho info,,,,,,
