Question Speedometer Differences On Early 80's 308s

Greetings. I have noticed that some '80-'82 308 models I have seen for sale on the Internet have the speedometer that ends (numerically) at 80 mph, while the one in my 1982 clocks up to 180 mph. I am guessing that one of the previous owners of my car changed the face of the speedometer at some point or was the 180 mph speedo a factory option when the cars were sold new.

Is it possible to purchase a new 180 mph speedo face decal for 308s that have the 80 mph speedo?
