Default Anyone know the torque setting

Anyone know the torque setting for the 6 bolts on the clutch/pp to the flywheel on a Boxer?
3 of the studs came out with the nuts on the clutch/pp does anyone use locktite on them?

Also the bellhousing to the engine case?

Thanks

Default Hi........ Torque numbers i

Hi........

Torque numbers in kilograms from the 365 Boxer factory workshop manual:

1) clutch pressure plate fastening bolt - 8 x 1.25 = 3.5
2) covers and intermediate housing fastening stud - 8 x 1.25 = 2.1

Don't know if 2) is the bellhousing stud/nut/bolt or not....English translation by Wallace.

Check the bolt/nut/thread sizes for safety. See no notes specific to the 512 Boxer.

Think that 6 kilograms of torque = 43 pound-feet of torque. Use the correct Loc-Tite for the application; check Website.

Good luck !!!!
