The major is done, and I am now assembling the clutch. I put in new seals, and throw-out bearing.

I tried bleeding the clutch..........having my nephew press in a few times, then holding, while I opened the bleeding screw. I got the air out, and saw fluid coming out. This proceeded well......filling the reservoir as necessary.

However, after 20 minutes, I realized that I still don't have clutch movement. The clutch pedal is not getting harder, and one can still push it in with one hand.

I see no obvious leaks.

What is wrong?

Thanks

Could be the Master Cyl. ?

Not Uncommon that the seals in the master will give up after loosing their prime.

Try suction bleeding the slave quite a few more times first. I have seen some real bastard clutch bleeds!!!!

Is there a way to bleed the clutch portion of the master cylinder? This should shorten the process.
