Default I am ready to install the head

I am ready to install the headers and the drive axles. Does it matter which is installed first? I am thinking of installing the headers first, then the axles.

Default Hey Hank: Which item will be

Hey Hank: Which item will be in the way the most? I kinda agree with you...off the top of my head I'd say the headers should go on first. If I remember right, it doesn't look like a fun job at all, lots of wrench clearance problems.

Default Thanks Jeff: I am ready to in

Thanks Jeff: I am ready to install the axle shafts, but not the headers.........have to order some studs. I don't want to install the shafts, and later, find out that they have to be removed, in order to install the headers.

Most of the wrench clearance problems are caused by the heat shields........I remember this when I took them out. I just bend the shields, as needed......I do plan on leaving them on.

A lift "really" helps!!!!!!! You should get one.

Default I had enough parts to install

I had enough parts to install the right side headers. It went fairly smooth......used a 3/8 ratchet, with a long extension on most, and a 13mm box wrench on a couple of nuts.

On Wednesday, I will install the right side axle shaft.

I still have to machine a couple of blocking plates, since I have left the air injection system off.
